Junior Landscape Designer/Project Manager
The Junior Landscape Designer and project manager would assist the Lead Landscape Designer with drafting efforts and client communication. This position will be largely focused on project management, guiding crews through projects. It is required for the candidate to have landscape install experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Landscape Install
- Drafting (CAD experience preferred but not required)
- Landscape Design or Architect degree a plus
- Great communication skills, a team player
- Able to troubleshoot on the spot
Project Management – 70%
- Procure order material
- Track crew member and work orders
- Communicate with clients, crew members, foreman
- Project inspections and punch-lists
- Project closeout review
- Guiding crew installs
- Troubleshooting issues that arise
- Communicate with Operations Manager and Owners
Landscape Design – 30%
- Site measurements
- Assist with sight plan drafting and detail drafting
- Communication with small residential design projects
