Project Manager

Summary: The Project Manager position will execute and maintain core GGC project management duties for relevant and assigned projects.

Duties and Expectations:

  • Execute core project management duties to include:
    • Bidding, estimating, tracking change orders, and ordering materials,
    • Creating job sheets, tracking hours, approving project invoices, and creating pay apps
    • Creating project schedules
    • Managing equipment needs, creating as-builts, providing submittals and plan takeoffs
  • Oversee, lead and manage all aspects of irrigation materials coordination to include maintaining irrigation material inventory, materials purchasing, returning and pricing
  • Maintain clear, consistent and effective communication regarding job site with general contractors, subcontractors, clients, foremen and administrative office
  • Maintain and continue to increase knowledge of irrigation and irrigation materials
