Hello! I'm Geneva Wild, a proud Montanan and one of the rare Bozeman natives. When I'm not exploring the great outdoors with my family and our golden retrievers—whether hiking, camping, boating, or fishing—you can usually find me at the gym or unwinding at a nearby thermal hot spring.

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses of all sizes, from local to international, across diverse industries like US customs bonds and cargo insurance, manufacturing, and financial services. No matter the industry, one thing remains constant: HR is all about people.

I’m truly passionate about recruiting and retaining top talent. I enjoy discovering what motivates people, learning what brings them fulfillment and productivity at work, and helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. When I can support both an employee's success and contribute to the overall growth of a business, I know my work has real impact.
